Egg noodle, anchovy broth and fish ball for main ingredients. Green onion & fried anchovies for garnishings.
Weekend with home-cooked egg-noodle soup for dinner by my beloved mother. One advantage for dining at home is that you have control of the amount of garnishings and ingredients to your liking. We have been encouraging mom to start her own blog on cooking and general topics which we believe to be soon to come.. i shall leave all intended recipe sharings to her as i am no challenge to her expertise on food :-)
