This post is what relates to our daily working life. i believe that many out there who had the experience of being let down by associates whom are just not too bothered about their work or simply clock-in to killing time when they can be sitting at home spending fruitful amount of time gardening, cooking, blogging, teaching, babysitting or even sleeping instead. Despite the striving, sacrificing of time and effort made, there seems to be a conjunction that somewhat makes the entire system as disfunctional as they are. To some extent, when hope is given up, resignations steps into trend fearing heavier responsibilities taken a toll on them. What if? you are the one who's left behind to bear the burden, who's the last to leave? It sounds scary however this is reality of life. How many of us witness that people won't stay long in an establishment? In fact, i do. From my point of view, the figures are increasing then and now. Seniors leaving behind non-independant and fresh juniors, in some case, new & incompetent freshies or deteriorating performance of existing seniors in their own comfort zone. We can barely find the perfect loyalty in every organization these days. There is no secret recipe to this except money. Everybody works for money. We are all in a dance. Perfections and inadequateness are what makes us human beings, however what's your verdict to improve on this? Regardles the fighter or quitter in you, are you a blooming weed?
