Bacon wrapped sausages


Ingredients:
1 packet hot dog sausages or franfurters (depending on individial preferences)
1 packet of streaky bacon (dependant on hotdog/sausage/franfurters quantity)
1/2 tea spoon mixed spices (any of your preference)
1/2 tea spoon finely chopped chili or dried chopped chili flakes (i personally prefer mine to be flaked)
1/2 tea spoon freshly ground pepper corn or black pepper
1/2 tea spoon squeezed lemon juice
1/2 table spoon finely chopped garlic
1 table spoon finely chopped cilantro
2 table spoon olive oil
salt or soy sauce to taste
*toothpicks

Preparation:
Mix all ingredients (except hot dog/sausages/frankfurters) into a bowl and marinate for 30 minutes to an hour. Wrap bacon strip unto hotdog/sausage/frankfurter respectively by twirling around them and secure it with a toothpick on each end. Add toothpick whenever necessary. Fry them on hot pan with low flame, turn sides when gets brown/mild chars. Suitable to serve with toasted bread/fried noodles/rice.
