A dish i made for dinner yesterday. It's really fast as i have some left over pre-marinated minced meat from the day before. It is a very simple dish, you can have any flavour of minced pork and then wrap in bacon and fry to crisp. i do noticed that i love wrapping meat with bacon, it must be from my gift wrapping hobby ;D Have a splendid day ahead!
