A dream mission

Just so you know that I will be moving on to a new establishment very soon. It will be a great diversion from the line where I started till a decade long. I have been yearning for this great and prospectus opportunity ever since I came to know the goodness of being a part of Multi-National Company. I knew it would be a great challenge ahead of me and I have better be ready to embrace the race. Today’s post will relate to my perception about the continuity of success through learning and change. I do notice that in certain point of our life, there will be a phase where stagnancy will reign over once stability is achieved. Well in my case, I felt that it really depends on what point of stability accomplished against the level of individual’s contentment. Such matters includes continuity of improvement, sturdiness of future, and financial health. All these factors to a constancy in today’s survival. Let not money alone be a variable of discussion in every aspect but the environment / surrounding is also equally trustable to regain the confidence and motivation for every individual. I personally feel that this is an important intangible aspect that every company and entity should posses. The point I would like to stress here is that based on experience, morale is one part of determinant of direction that will affect the quality of work performance, attendance, proficiency, persistency and precisions all together. Not to mention, highly influential as well. Therefore, it is important to strike a balance between these aspects. I feel it is fair enough that I should continue to better myself and instead of whining to myself over and over again. It is as if I wanted to change but never taken any action. And I made it clear that the choice is mine to make and entirely personal, not meant to cast aspersions on the company in any way. I must say that I love my work and I am good at what I am now but change is necessary for me to be a ahead than what I have. With this said, I do hope that one day when I look back I have accomplished a dream.
